By accessing the website located at concretecompanylafayette.com or by engaging the services of Custom Lafayette Concrete Company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.
Custom Lafayette Concrete Company is a concrete contracting company based in Lafayette, IN. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, sidewalk building, decorative concrete, and related services. Services are performed in IN and surrounding areas as agreed upon in a written proposal.
All estimates provided by Custom Lafayette Concrete Company are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit and information provided by the customer. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate, if the scope of work is modified at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions (such as buried debris, unstable soil, or unknown utilities) are encountered during the project.
We will notify you of any changes to the estimated price before proceeding with additional work. No additional charges will be applied without your prior approval.
Project start dates are scheduled in advance and are subject to change due to weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any schedule changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee to cover mobilization or materials already ordered, as specified in your project agreement.
Concrete work cannot proceed in temperatures below freezing or during active rain. If weather forces a delay, we will reschedule at the earliest available time at no additional charge.
Payment terms are specified in the written project agreement provided before work begins. A deposit may be required to secure your spot on the schedule, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment by check, bank transfer, or other methods specified in the project agreement. Cash payments are accepted but a written receipt will be provided.
Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee and may be referred to a collections process. You agree to pay all reasonable costs associated with collecting overdue balances.
You agree to:
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for each project are outlined in your written project agreement. In general, we warrant that our work will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in that agreement.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by: improper use of the installed concrete surface, failure to follow post-installation care instructions, acts of nature (including freeze-thaw cycles, flooding, or ground movement beyond normal variation), damage caused by tree roots, vehicle overloading, or modifications made by parties other than Custom Lafayette Concrete Company.
Except as expressly stated in your project agreement, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Lafayette Concrete Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this agreement. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project that gave rise to the claim.
Where required, Custom Lafayette Concrete Company will obtain necessary building permits on your behalf as part of the project. You agree to provide any information we need to complete permit applications. Work requiring permits will not begin until those permits are in hand. You are responsible for notifying us of any HOA rules, deed restrictions, or easements that may affect the project.
